How to Choose the Right Length

Formula: height from floor to ceiling – 45 cm = ideal Fly Pole length

• Carabiners + swivel: approx. 30 cm
• Recommended mat under the pole: approx. 10 cm
• Safe distance from pole tip to the floor: 5 cm
